The Pico Technology TA562 is a convenient dual-pack containing two P1053 high-performance passive oscilloscope probes with 500 MHz bandwidth and 10:1 attenuation. The compact design, with a probe tip housing diameter of just 3.5 mm, provides easy access to test points on densely populated PCBs, making the probes well suited to electronics development, laboratory testing, and field service.

The P1053 features a low input capacitance of only 9 pF, minimizing loading on the circuit under test and helping to maintain signal integrity when measuring fast signals and short rise times. Short ground connections further reduce inductance and unwanted resonance for improved measurement accuracy at higher frequencies.

A spring-loaded probe tip provides reliable contact with the test point, while the 1.2 m cable offers convenient reach between the oscilloscope and the device under test. Rated to 300 V CAT II, the probe is supplied with a comprehensive selection of accessories for different probing requirements.
