The following general terms of sale and delivery of MicroTec shall apply in the absence of other written agreement.

Documentation and instructions
Where product specifications and user guides to the specific products exist, these will be included on delivery. Should you want further information or guidance from MicroTec, this will be of an informative nature.

Delivery
Delivery will be ex-works "MicroTec, DK-7600 Struer", unless otherwise agreed. All stock goods are shipped on the day of the order, provided the order is placed before 03.00 pm. We use Postnord or UPS for deliveries.

Risk of goods
The risk of goods bought at MicroTec is transferred to you as a purchaser at the time of delivery.

Prices and payment
All prices are given in EUR excl. VAT and customs duty. This is with reservations for currency changes, changes in government levies and general typos.

Payment can be done by the following methods:

  • Dankort
  • Visa-Dankort
  • Eurocard
  • Visa
  • Visa Electron
  • Maestro
  • MasterCard
  • JCB
  • MobilePay
  • EAN invoice
  • Bank transfer (IBAN No DK2720004372766404 - SWIFT address NDEADKKK) 

The invoiced amount is not charged to the customer account until the goods have been dispatched by MicroTec.

MicroTec’s Online Shop employs a secure server with an established SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) payment solution approved by the Nets and Teller.

VAT
We invoice including VAT (25%) to all customers in Denmark. 
Registered businesses in the EU (who provide a valid VAT registration number at the time of the order) and customers outside the EU are invoiced without VAT.

Back orders
If the goods ordered are not in stock, we will inform you of the expected time of delivery and, if possible, we will also inform you of any subsequent changes in the time of delivery.

Complaints and guarantees
Any flaws or shortcomings at the time of delivery from MicroTec are to be advised within reasonable time from the discovery of the flaw. It is your duty to state and, on request, show the nature of the flaw or shortcoming. You must report a flaw to MicroTec as quickly as possible upon discovery. As a whole, you can only complain about flaws that appear within two years from delivery.

Returns/Cancellations
Returns and cancellations can be permitted in special instances subject to written agreement with MicroTec. We retains the right but not the obligation to debit any additional costs or non-attained trading profit.

Amendments
MicroTec reserves the right to amend the current "General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery" without previous notice. It remains a condition that the customer is familiar with MicroTec's terms of sales and delivery.
